Attorney General, Patrick Atkinson says the PNP administration deserves a mark of A-plus, for its performance in handling the difficulties facing the Jamaican economy when it took office more than three years ago.
Mr. Atkinson, the MP for North Trelawny, says the government has made decisions that will redound to the country’s benefit over the medium to long term.
The Attorney General says the country was in far worse shape than imagined when the PNP took office in January 2012.
Mr. Atkinson says the Finance Minister, Dr. Peter Phillips, deserves much credit for his work to reset the country’s economic reality.
