Captain of the West Indies women’s cricket team, Hayley Matthews is now the number one ranked all-rounder in One Day Internationals.
In the latest ICC rankings released today, Matthews jumped three places on the back of some steady performances against New Zealand in the recent three match series.
Even though the Windies lost the series 1-2, Matthews was able to produce 88 runs and take five wickets.
Matthews is also number six on the ODI bowling charts. There are no other West Indian players featured on any of the three charts.
In T20 internationals, former captain Stafanie Taylor is number 10 on the batting chart and number six on the all-rounder table. Captain Matthews is number five on the all-rounder table.
