Communication and Customer Services Manager at the National Works Agency, Stephen Shaw, says efforts continue to clear several roadways across the island which were impacted by heavy rainfall at weekend.
Mr Shaw says the parishes of Clarendon, St. Andrew, St. Catherine and St. Thomas were hardest hit.
Of significance, He says, is the road from Papine to Bull Bay in St Andrew.
Mr. Shaw says the NWA is working and hopes to reopen as many corridors within the next 24 hours.
