The International Monetary Fund, IMF says its has reached an agreement with the Government to postpone its visit to conduct the 11th review of Jamaica’s performance under the Extended Fund Facility, EFF, until the end of February.
In a brief statement today, the IMF’s Resident Representative in Jamaica, Bert Van Selm says the mission will resume its review once the new government is in place.
Meantime, Mr. Van Selm says the IMF has assessed Jamaica’s performance under the 4-year programme to be on track.
