JLP Candidate for South Eastern Clarendon, Pearnel Charles Junior says former MP for the constituency and his mentor, Ruddy Spencer’s absence will be a major set back.
Mr Spencer was hospitalized earlier this week after he suffered a stroke.

His PNP contender Patricia Duncan Sutherland, says she’ll also miss Mr Spencer, with whom she notes she has a good relationship.
And Mrs Duncan says she’ll also miss her father tomorrow.
Dr DK Duncan, a former PNP General Secretary, tested positive for COVID-19 recently and was hospitalised.
