Information Minister Robert Morgan has indicated that Senator Kamina Johnson Smith, has reached the threshold to secure a victory for the post of Commonwealth Secretary General.
He was speaking during an interview on Nationwide @5, last evening with Cliff Hughes and Rodney Campbell.
Minister Morgan says Mrs. Johnson Smith has received significant endorsements across the Commonwealth.
Mr. Morgan says public endorsements from different heads of states, in this context is extraordinary.

Mrs. Johnson Smith is to face off with incumbent in the post, Baroness Patricia Scotland and other nominees, when the 54-member group meets in Kigali Rwanda next month.
