The One Don Klansman Gang Trial which was slated to resume in the Home Circuit Court this morning has been further delayed until November 18.
No reason has been given for the additional delay.
Presiding Judge Chief Justice, Byran Sykes, was expected to start his summation of the trial today, as both the Prosecution and the Defense wrapped up their cases.
33 alleged members of the St Catherine-based gang were initially on trial.
5 were freed on the basis of insufficient evidence leaving 28 accused.
Andre Smith, the sole defendant in the matter who was out on bail, was shot and killed in August.
On the last court date, no documentation was presented to prove that Smith was dead.
Justice Sykes told the court that proof of death will be needed.
The 28 accused are charged with various crimes including being members of a criminal organisation, murder, conspiracy to commit murder, arson and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
