The Prosecution’s final witness in the Klansman gang trial is to take the stand again this morning as it seeks to wrap up its case against the 33 accused.

Yesterday the Prosecution played the last of the cell phone conversations between the alleged gangsters, secretly recorded by its star witness.

Presiding Judge Chief Justice Bryan Sykes asked the defence attorneys if they intended to make any no case submissions.

And they answered in the affirmative.

The Prosecution is also expected to take another break as it properly outlines the charges and offences relating to each of the defendants.

That break is to last a week and a half and is to start after the final witness wraps up his testimony.

The trial resumes today at 10 AM.
