The convicted member of the One Don Klansman gang, Ted Prince, who urinated in the courtroom during the trial, will appear before the Chief Justice on March 16.
Before ending his summation of the long-running trial, Chief Justice Bryan Sykes yesterday urged Prince to retain the services of an attorney.
Justice Sykes says Prince will be given the opportunity to show why he shouldn’t be penalized.
On Tuesday, February 28, Prince urinated in courtroom 2 where he was seated with other defendants.
He had raised his hands indicating that he wanted to use the bathroom.
But less than a minute later, Prince who has a broken arm, jumped over the bench he was sitting on, faced the wall and urinated.
Prince is charged with facilitating the conspiracy to murder and being part of a criminal organisation.
