Member of Parliament for Western St. Andrew, Anthony Hylton, says he has mixed feelings about the recently implemented State of Public Emergency in a section of his constituency.

Mr. Hylton also says if the causative factors of crime in the areas now under the special security measure aren’t addressed, declaring the State of Public Emergency would have been a waste.
