Works minister, Robert Morgan, is describing the declaration by opposition leader, Mark Golding, that the state of Jamaica’s roads is the worst he has seen in his lifetime as political exaggeration.

Golding made the comment at the People’s National Party’s 88th annual conference in Westmoreland on Sunday.

But Minister Morgan is rejecting Golding’s comment, challenging him to substantiate his assertion.

Minister Morgan says Golding’s own constituency of South St. Andrew is the beneficiary of unprecedented allocations to fix long-standing road, sewage and water infrastructure issues.
