The National Commercial Bank, NCB, has advised customers to expect significant delays today in accessing its cash related services arising from yesterday’s daring armed robbery in Portmore, St. Catherine.
The bank says it has been advised that Beryllium Limited is currently assessing its operations islandwide, which may result in delays in the delivery of services.
The bank says this may in turn affect its ABMs, drop box and cash pick up services.
NCB is also advising customers to expect delays when conducting in branch transactions.
The bank says its customers may still access services using its mobile platforms.
In the meantime, Scotiabank Jamaica has advised that its Portmore Pines location, which was the scene of yesterday’s heist, will be closed to the public today.
