The Office of Utilities Regulation, OUR, says it has received a startling increase in the number of customer complaints against Cable and Wireless operated brand FLOW.

Consequently the OUR has been forced to call a meeting with the telecommunications provider to request actions and remedies.

This meeting is scheduled to begin on Friday.

The OUR say they have received a 74-percent increase in the number of service interruption complaints in the April to June quarter when compared to the preceding period.

They say this represents the highest movement in service interruption contacts over this period.

The OUR says these complaints range from poor quality of service, disruptions, dropped calls, disputed charges and billing matters.
