Acting Chief Education Officer at the Ministry of Education, Winni Berry, says parents were told of the changes in the Primary Exit Profile, PEP.

Ms. Berry made the comment after a parent complained to Nationwide News that parts of the exam were changed at the last minute.

She says all students have had access to a sample exam booklet and other materials related to the new examination since 2018.

However, Ms Berry empathized with the concerned parents and admitted that the Ministry could’ve done better in communicating the changes to all the stakeholders.
