Opposition Leader Dr. Peter Phillips is demanding clarity from the Integrity Commission regarding delays in publishing the Prime Minister’s statutory declarations.

Prime Minister Andrew Holness told the media yesterday, that he’d personally publish his declarations should there be further delays with the Integrity Commission’s publication.

It’s been almost two weeks since Parliamentary Secretary, Robert Morgan, said they were expecting the Commission’s publication of Mr Holness’ assets.

Dr Phillip’s declarations were published just over two weeks ago. 

Meanwhile, Dr Phillips says it’s clear that the government’s policies are not relieving the plight of the poor.

He was reacting to the survey of living conditions for 2017.
