Kingston Mayor, Dr. Angela Brown Burke was nominated this morning, to remain one of the four Vice Presidents of the People’s National Party, PNP.

She submitted her nomination documents to PNP Headquarters on Old Hope Road at 11 this morning.

West Westmoreland MP Dr. Wykeham McNeil and South East St. Ann MP Lisa Hanna, are set to be nominated today to become Vice Presidents.

Dr. McNeill is being nominated at this hour, while Miss Hanna is expected to be nominated at 2 this afternoon.

There are four Vice President posts up for grabs within the PNP.

East St. Thomas MP, Dr. Fenton Ferguson, is also expected to be nominated for another term as VP.

South West Clarendon MP, Noel Arscott was nominated yesterday for a VP post, while current PNP President Portia Simpson Miller was nominated for the top job.

She is expected to run unopposed.

Nominations close at midday tomorrow.
