Chairman of the Police Officers Association, Senior Superintendent Wayne Cameron, has sought to clear the air on the issues affecting the three police bodies in the ongoing compensation review exercise with the government.
He says Police Officers Association, the Jamaica Police Federation and the United District Constables Association are at one on the issue of overlapping salary scales and the differential between ranks.
He says the group received the latest proposal from the Ministry of Finance Friday.
SSP Cameron says they have tried, with little success to get meetings to fix the anomalies.
