Entertainer and popular TikToker Pops YG has been released on pre-charge bail.
His attorney, Donnovan Collins provided the update to our news centre on Wednesday.
Pre-charge bail is the release of a suspect from police custody while a criminal investigation remains ongoing and before a formal decision to charge has been made.
Pops YG, whose given name is Hancel Fairclough, was arrested at his home in Trelawny on Monday, on suspicion of lottery scamming.
Nationwide News understands he was found with scamming paraphernalia, including lead sheets.
A high-end motor car, which was in his possession, was seized.

Collins says his client continues to reject the allegations against him.
