A taxi operator was shot and killed in West Kingston yesterday after confronting the Police during a traffic stop.
The incident happened while a Police team was on duty at the intersection of Bond Street and Spanish Town Road.
Head of the Constabulary’s Corporate Communications Unit, Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay, spoke with Nationwide News last evening.
She says members of the public also attacked an injured members of the Police team.
