There will be no hearing on Monday, for PNP officials in the Trafigura corruption scandal.
An Appeal Court Judge today ordered that a stay of the hearing remain in effect.
Lawyers representing PNP leader Portia Simpson Miller, as well as several other PNP officials, today appealed the hearing, which was scheduled for Monday, being held in open court. But Director of Public Prosecutions, Paula Llewelyn, was today unsuccessful in getting the judge to dismiss the appeal.
