National sprint hurdler, Danielle Williams, says she has been doing a lot of distance running on her own to maintain her fitness while she continue to observe the social distance measures implemented to control the spread of COVID-19.

Williams, who’s based in the USA, is the 2015 World Championships 100-metres hurdles gold medalist.

Williams says mentally she’s more than capable of handling the lack of competition cause by the pandemic. 

She says her biggest problem is maintaining her diet.
