After four previously unsuccessful applications, fraud accused and real estate developer, Christopher Kerr, has been offered bail.
Kerr, was this afternoon offered bail in the sum of 2-hundred-and-50-thousand dollars in the Supreme Court by Justice Courtney Day.
This, following an in-chambers application.
Kerr, was denied bail in the Supreme Court on Wednesday by Justice Sarah James-Thompson.
He had previously been denied bail thrice in the Corporate Area criminal court after being arrested on July 1.
Kerr, who’s accused of multiple counts of forgery, is to be tried on August 12.
