The Jamaica Umbrella Group of Churches has weighed in on the death of Mario Deane.

It’s Chairman, Bishop Conrad Pitkin says the incident is another glaring reminder of the need for greater respect to be shown for the sanctity of life.

Bishop Pitkin says he’s hoping that the police will conduct a transparent investigation.
