The Police have arrested and charged two men for several offences in relation to the December 11 quadruple killing in St. Catherine.

The four persons were killed in a gun attack in Planters district, Old Harbour in St. Catherine at about 1:30 am.

After being summoned by residents, the police found all four victims lying in a pool of blood.

Charged are Kevroy Bailey and Joshua Lynch.

Senior Communications Strategist in the Jamaica Constabulary Force, Dennis Brooks, says the investigators were aided by ballistics evidence in picking up the first suspect.

Mr. Brooks says the other suspect was charged following corroborated evidence.

The court dates for the two accused are being finalised.

Meanwhile, the JCF Senior Communications Strategist is commending the investigators in St. Catherine South for the speedy results in their 22-day probe.
