The Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA) has expressed enthusiasm over the decision by Haiti-based Sunrise Airways to launch new intra-Caribbean flights to Grenada.

This service promises to enhance north-to-south access across the Caribbean, linking Antigua, St. Lucia, Dominica, and Grenada.

Travelers can now reach Grenada from Antigua in under three hours and from St. Lucia in just 45 minutes.

Flights will operate three times a week, on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

GTA CEO Petra Roach says the new service is a significant milestone in promoting regional tourism.
