The Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association (TTMA) is decrying a recent call for Jamaicans to temporarily boycott goods coming from the twin island republic.
The TTMA insists such a move will only harm both countries.
PSOJ President, William Mahfood, has called for restrictions of CARICOM and Trinidadian goods until the concept of freedom of movement is fully implemented.
Mr. Mahfood was reacting to the recent denial of entry of 12 Jamaicans who sought to visit the Twin Island Republic
Jamaica is the fourth largest consumer of goods from T and T.
TTMA President Dr. Rolph Balgobin says any restriction of goods traded would be counter productive.
