Senior Communications Strategist at the Jamaica Constabulary Force, JCF, Dennis Brooks, is pushing back against suggestions that members of the Constabulary Force are resigning due to ill-treatment.
He says the attrition and retention rates of the force have and continue to improve.
He says the attrition rate which the JCF faces is lower than the attrition rates recorded in other countries.
Instead, Mr. Brooks says that most persons who leave the force are recruited to work overseas due to the high level of training they receive in Jamaica.
