CAPI’s co-convenor Dennis Meadows argues that Mr. Hylton’s obvious failure to exercise due diligence betrays a chronic governmental and ministerial incompetence which seems to afflict the administration, and which, is now frustrating and exasperating and doesn’t augurs well for our ability to grow economically despite our sacrifice in achieving IMF targets.

The stewardship of ministers of mission-critical growth ministries has been less than inspiring, Meadows continues.
