Caribbean can learn from decline in international aviation incidents, says PM of Guyana

Prime Minister of Guyana, Brigadier Mark Anthony Phillips, says a decline in international aviation incidents holds lessons for the Caribbean.

He was speaking at the opening ceremony of the Caribbean High-level Symposium on Aviation Safety in Guyana on Thursday.

He says the data provide a meaningful learning opportunity for the region.
