Christine Kangaloo was this morning sworn in as Trinidad and Tobago’s seventh President.

In her inaugural address, Kangaloo pledged to fight to make her office work better for all Trinidadians.

Among her immediate plans is the inclusion of a year-round youth delinquency programme and the modernising of protocols of the Office of President.
