Three more Covid-19 fatalities have been recorded. That’s according to the Health and Wellness Ministry’s latest update.

The number of Covid-19 deaths now stands at 2,249. The deaths occurred between October 24 and November 1.

There were 46 new cases. The total number of positive cases on the island is 89,216. Over the past 24 hours, 500 samples were tested.

This represents a positivity rate of just over 8 percent.

The total number of active cases stands at 27,907.

In the meantime, 172 recoveries were recorded. This brings the number of recoveries to 58,439. In addition 260 people are hospitalised. Of that number 50 are moderately ill, 24 are severely ill, and 14 are considered critical.
