Jamaica international Dujuan Richards has joined English League One side Wimbledon on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
This is the second loan move for the former Kingston College standout who spent the second half of last season at Leicester City who were eventually relegated from the Championship.
Richards has been at Chelsea since 2024 and scored seven goals in 10 games for the Under 21’s during the second half of that season.
But his stay in West London has been beset by injuries.
However, Craig Butler, who’s part of Richards’ management team, told Nationwide Sports that the player is now close to full fitness and should be ready to play immediately.
Butler says he had hoped for much better when Richards first joined Chelsea, but he’s optimistic the loan spell at Wimbledon will boost the player’s confidence.

Wimbledon is 16th in League One after three games. They will next be in action on Wednesday away to 14th place Burton.
