Education Minister Ronald Thwaites says his Ministry is prepared for the possibility of teachers taking industrial action.
This after teachers reportedly walked out of a meeting with JTA President Doran Dixon over the weekend.
Mr. Dixon was presenting the government’s improved offer of a 7-percent wage increase over two years.

Minister Thwaites says he doesn’t think that most teachers are opposed to the 7-percent wage offer.
