Health Minister, Dr. Christopher Tufton, says the Ministry is in high gear and building capacity in the Health Sector in preparation for the country living with COVID-19.
Dr. Tufton says the country will have to adapt to the new normal and the health sector must change along with it.
He also says testing capacity has been significantly increased to support the reopening of businesses.

Dr. Christopher Tufton, says many businesses will be subject to routine inspection, now that the government’s work from home order is to be lifted by month-end.
All workers, except those over 65 and those with co-morbidities, are to return to work on June one.

And Local Government Minister Desmond McKenzie says now that Churches are operating under new protocols, some restrictions on funerals will also be eased.
He says he’s met with stakeholders and discussed the new measures.
