Honorary Treasurer of the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association, J-3As, Ludlow Watts says every thing is in place for a safe and successful staging of the National Junior and Senior Championships.
The 4-day Championships is set for the National Stadium, starting this afternoon at 4:30.
The Championships features over 500 athletes competing in 60 events.
Watts says the world will be watching so they’ll have to put their best foot forward.
Meanwhile, Minister of Sports, Olivia “Babsy” Grange, says she’ll be front and centre for the action on all four days.
Minister Grange says other cabinet ministers have signal their intention to attend the Championships.
