There was an early adjournment of day 7 of the Klansman Gang trial in the Supreme Court, due to the unavailability of the witness.

Thirty-three people including one woman are on trial for multiple offences under the anti-gang legislation.

Among them is the alleged leader of the One Don faction of the gang, Andre Bryan aka Blackman.

The case is being presided over by Chief Justice Bryan Sykes.

The prosecution’s first witness has been detailing the inner workings of the feared criminal organisation.

Since taking the stand, the witness has told the court about several murders he said the alleged gang members committed.

The witness is expected to continue his testimony, when the trial resumes tomorrow morning at 10.
