Reputed gangster, Leighton Livity Coke, and several co-accused were remanded in custody today until November.

Coke appeared in the Home Circuit Court in Downtown Kingston this afternoon amidst heavy security.

He’s accused of killing former Denham Town-based gunman, Patrick Davis, in March last year.

Davis, who’s otherwise known as P-Boy, was the leader of the Screamers Gang.

A few weeks ago, the Kingston and St. Andrew Court refused a request by Coke’s lawyers to have the case against him dismissed.

The case was transferred to the Home Circuit Court.

Livity’s co-accused are Michael ‘Titty Man’ Coke and Lanchester Bramma T Coke.

Also accused of the crime is David Biggs, Wayne Ratty Peart, Lesha Jones, and Delmarco Cephas.

All are charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Allegations are that Miss Jones conspired with Livity and his alleged cronies to lure Davis to a hotel where Davis was abducted and murdered.

Davis’ body was later found dumped in Rockfort, East Kingston.

Livity is the brother of former Tivoli Gardens Don, Christopher Dudus Coke.
