Man Sentenced to 3 Months in Jail for Driving While Disqualified

A man has been convicted and sentenced for driving while he was disqualified from doing so.

Fifty-nine year old Barrington Swaby of Tobias Road in Kingston 11 was sentenced to three months imprisonment at hard labour on Friday.

The sentence was handed down in the Corporate Area traffic court at Camp Road in Kingston.
