Opposition Spokesman on Education, Peter Bunting, has been identified as the best performer in Opposition Leader, Dr. Peter Phillips’s shadow cabinet.
That’s according to the Nationwide Bludedot polls.
When asked “who would you consider to be the best performing Opposition spokesperson”, 21 per cent said Mr. Bunting.
In a close second is Opposition Spokesperson on Social Transformation, Senator Damion Crawford, with 19 per cent.
In third place with 9 per cent in the best performing category is Opposition Spokesperson on Foreign Affairs, Lisa Hanna.
Opposition Spokesman on Finance Mark Golding is in fourth place with 5 per cent.
Rounding out the top five are Opposition Spokesman on National Security, Fitz Jackson and Opposition Spokesman on Technology, Julian Robinson.
Also of note is that the single largest block of respondents chose the “don’t know” option when asked who they considered to be the best performing Opposition spokesperson.
The Bluedot poll was conducted between July 20 and August 6 among 12-hundred Jamaicans across all 63 constituencies in the country.
They are all registered to vote in the upcoming general elections. The poll has a margin of error of 2-point-7-5-percent.
