Immediate past General Secretary of the People’s National Party, Paul Burke, is insisting that he’ll not apologise to Lisa Hanna for comments he made last week which were published in the Gleaner newspaper.

Ms. Hanna’s attorney wrote Mr. Burke on Friday demanding an apology and retraction of the comments within 72 hours.

This, in relation to his response in the Gleaner to assertions made by Miss Hanna on Cliff Hughes On Line last Wednesday.

Mr. Burke’s comments suggested Ms Hanna was not truthful in some of her claims. But her attorney says such a claim is false and malicious.

Mr. Burke is insisting he’ll not apologise.
