Opposition Spokesman on Industry, Investment and Commerce, Karl Samuda, is warning Minister Hylton not to sign the MOU with Krauck on Monday.
He says no MOU should be signed unless full disclosure are made about the entities involved.
Mr. Samuda is also calling for the Terms of Reference of the agreement to be disclosed.
Meanwhile Minister Hylton yesterday told journalists that it was Krauck Systems that approached the government to invest in the Logistics Hub Initiative.
Speaking at a press conference at Jamaica House yesterday, he told journalists that the government never asked for a proposal from the German-Austrian company.
