Work has so far been completed on 110 roads under the SPARK programme.
Prime Minister, Dr. Andrew Holness says among the roads rehabilitated is the Caenwood Road in Portland.
The Prime Minister says based on its engineering and design, the Caenwood Road is expected to last seven years before any need for major repair or rehabilitation.
One resident says the road improvement is attracting businesses to the Caenwood community.
Other residents say the improvements to bring is a blessing for senior citizens.
