The House today paid tribute to late, former Member of Parliament and Cabinet Minister, Dr. Dk Duncan.

One of Jamaica’s most controversial politicians, Dr. Duncan died due to COVID-19 on Thursday, September 17 at the age of 80.
Opposition Leader, Dr. Peter Phillips, told the House Dr. Duncan was a giant of a man whose fight for social justice was absolute.

And, South East St. Andrew Member of Parliament, Julian Robinson, says Dr. Duncan’s legacy has left a profound mark on both the PNP and Jamaica as a whole.
