Several utility wires believed to be the property of telecommunications company Flow were recovered by the St Catherine South police early this morning in the Silverstone Community.
Authorities made the discovery aboard a Toyota Probox motor car. Two men were inside.
They evaded arrest.
Nationwide News understands there has been a significant increase in the theft of utility cables in the St Catherine South division.
