Police Commissioner, Major General Antony Anderson, says the Police are still moving to piece together details of what transpired leading up to the murder of the policemen this morning.
Commissioner Anderson visited the Spanish Town Hospital and the nearby crime scene today and comforted the grieving colleagues of the slain policemen.
The Police Commissioner also spoke to members of the media.
The Commissioner says approximately 11-police personnel were on the operation.
He says the Police had to be cautious in their approach due to the residential area in which the operation took place.
