The two alleged rogue cops accused of killing a business man in Chedwin Park, St. Catherine have been remanded until October.

Corporal Kirk Fraser and Corporal Ramone Scott are accused of murdering businessman, Sheldon Daley.

Another man, Kevron Burrell, died following an alleged chase and shoot out between the alleged rogue cops and other lawmen.

The incident, which took place in April, had triggered national outrage.

When the lawmen appeared in court this morning, the court was told a number of documents are outstanding.

Among the outstanding documents are reports from the Pathologist and from the Communication Forensics and Cybercrime Division of the Constabulary.

Also outstanding are DNA results from the guns reportedly used during the incident and swabs from the deceased.

No bail applications were made for either Corporal Fraser or Corporal Scott.

They’ll return to court on October 15 for a plea and case management hearing.
