A Member of Parliament’s Public Administration and Appropriations Committee, PAAC, the PNP’s Mikhael Phillips, says more persons may be implicated in the Ruel Reid-CMU Money scandal.

At least five people including a former driver and two housekeepers have so far been named in relation to the deepening scandal.

Mr Phillips says just this week he was informed of a number of shortcomings of the Career Advancement Programme – Youth Empowerment Services, CAP-YES programme.

He says it’s to be determined by the PAAC exactly how much has been spent on the CAP-YES programme, but says it’s millions of dollars.

Meanwhile, Mr Phillips expressed disappointment in the President of the Caribbean Maritime University, Professor Fritz Pinnock.
