A member of the Constitutional Reform Committee, CRC, Senator Donna Scott-Mottley, says she’s fearful that the reform process may not be complete before the two major political parties plunge fully into election season.
Speaking Thursday at a meeting of the Rotary Club of Kingston at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, Senator Scott-Mottley says its difficult to expect that partisan considerations will have no affect on the work programme.
Senator Scott-Mottley says she’s still hopeful that a unity of purpose will focus the minds of those charged with this very important task of informing constitutional reform.
