A number of high schools are yet to be equipped with all the protective gear and materials to restart face to face classes on Monday.

Students sitting CXC exams are to start the refresher courses next week and start sitting exams in July.

Acting Chief Education Officer, Dr Kassan Troupe, says the materials have been procured and distributed to all the schools.

But, President of the Jamaica Association of Principals of Secondary Schools, Linvern Wright, says many schools like his have not received what was described by the acting Chief Education Officer.
