The parish of St Thomas has been rocked by what appears to be a double murder and a suicide.

Three bodies, with what appear to be chop wounds were found in bushes in Pear Tree District in Morant Bay, in the parish yesterday.

The bodies were also burned, two were burned beyond recognition.

They’re yet to be identified.

But the bodies appear to be that of a 28-year-old Security Guard from Portland, his common-law wife, who recently enlisted to the Jamaica Defence Force, and their two-year-old son.

Recently, the couple have been having relationship problems.

The Police say the young lady’s mother had reported her missing Sunday morning, after several calls to her cell phone went unanswered and no one could explain her whereabouts.
